Welcome to Lucky Raine Vintage (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing a bundle, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site and our personalized styling services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or Services. We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to offer our products and Services.

Our Service

Lucky Raine Vintage provides personalized, curated vintage and secondhand clothing bundles. Each bundle is thoughtfully sourced based on the client’s submitted style preferences, sizing, and measurements.

Because this is a custom sourcing service, results will vary and exact outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Payment & Pricing

Full payment is required upfront prior to the start of sourcing.

Bundle pricing reflects:

  • The clothing items selected

  • Time spent sourcing and curating

  • Cleaning and restoration

  • Packaging and shipping

Individual item values do not determine bundle pricing. Prices and Services are subject to change without notice.

Sizing & Fit Disclaimer

Clients provide sizing and measurement information, and every effort is made to select items within those parameters. However, fit is not guaranteed. Clothing fit varies by brand, fabric, vintage sizing standards, and cut. Lucky Raine Vintage does not guarantee that all items will fit perfectly.

Secondhand & Vintage Condition

All pieces are secondhand and/or vintage. Items are thoroughly cleaned and carefully inspected, but minor signs of wear consistent with pre-owned garments may be present. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the nature of vintage clothing.

Processing Time

Please allow 10–12 business days for sourcing and preparation of your bundle.
You will be notified of any delays and will receive confirmation once your package has shipped.

Sales Policy

Due to the personalized and custom nature of this Service, all sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.

Orders & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. You agree to provide accurate, current billing and account information and to promptly update such information if needed.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the website or Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. Transmission of malicious code, infringement of intellectual property, harassment, discrimination, false information, scraping, or interference with security features is prohibited. Violation may result in termination of access.

Content & Submissions

Any feedback, messages, or submissions you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

Lucky Raine Vintage reserves the right to photograph and document the sourcing and curation process for content and promotional purposes.

Third-Party Services

Any third-party tools, links, or services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for third-party content, materials, or transactions.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucky Raine Vintage shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with fit, styling interpretation, lost profits, lost revenue, or data loss arising from use of the Service or products. Where limitations of liability are restricted by law, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive termination.

Privacy

Client personal information will not be shared with third parties or publicly disclosed without explicit client consent, except as necessary to process transactions, fulfill orders, or comply with applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
